A little about me
My name is Charlotte and I am a Holistic Therapist in Hertfordshire and my my journey started over 10 years ago.
My holistic therapy experience first started when I was introduced to Reiki by a friend.
Having experienced first hand the benefits of Reiki, I decided to qualify to offer others the same experience.
I also discovered that crystals could be incorporated in a Reiki session to intensify the treatment, this then lead me to complete a qualification in Crystal healing.
I then qualified in Reflexology to offer an alternative therapy to my client's. I attended an in depth training course, where I learned not only how to carry out a reflexology treatment, but also the anatomy and physiology of the body, and how the body should function.
From here I decided to learn a range of treatments for my clients. These treatments range from Holistic therapy to Beauty therapy.
Many of my clients suffer with some problem or other from Back pain , diabetes to asthma.
