A very warm welcome to Serenity & Light Holistic & Beauty Therapy, my name is Charlotte Tillcock.

Reflexology is a technique which stimulates reflex points on the feet or hands. These points are connected to all areas of the body. Reflexology is a very relaxing treatment which is non-invasive. You will come away feeling relaxed which may help you manage any discomfort and pain you had been feeling. It is widely said to bring balance to the body.
Reiki is a healing technique that may help reduces stress, clears energy blockages in the body, it is very relaxing and therapeutic. It is non-invasive and is not a massage. It involves working with your mind body and soul as one, it is very safe for children, the elderly and during pregnancy.
Indian Head Massage is a massage of the upper body, head, scalp and face. Indian head massage may help preserve the body's life force energy and is a very powerful way of relaxing and rejuvenating the body. This treatment works not only on the body but also the mind and soul.

Corporate Massage in Hertfordshire
I work with all members of the general public, treatments are usually carried out in my own home but I can make the service mobile on request. During my corporate work I go into offices and offer stress buster and pamper packages. I work in and around the Hertfordshire area.
I established this business 2 years ago but have been practicing holistic therapy for much longer. I am qualified MAR in reflexology and have a diploma in Indian head massage, and I am qualified up to Reiki Master Teacher plus I hold many other qualifications.
